One Xbit's Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the One Xbit platform, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between One Xbit ("we", "us", "the platform") and the user ("you", "member"). This agreement is governed by international gaming laws and applicable regulations.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are of sound judgment, and that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.

To open an account with One Xbit, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details may result in your account being terminated at any time.

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.
• When a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification request is issued, the required documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

One Xbit reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

To make a deposit at One Xbit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and may be returned.

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful transaction.
• For failed deposits, please contact your payment provider directly.
• Transactions may be placed on hold if suspicious payment activity is detected.
• One Xbit complies with international anti-money laundering regulations.

Your account must be fully verified to withdraw funds from One Xbit. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though in most cases they are completed sooner.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where applicable.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• No more than 5 withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day.

One Xbit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions detailed on the bonus page. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds are held alongside your real money balance, but the wagering requirement for the bonus must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• Opening multiple accounts or using third-party accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• One Xbit reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Wagering requirements for each bonus typically range from x10 to x30. Visit the bonus page for the specific terms of each offer.

All games on One Xbit operate using internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

• In any dispute regarding game outcomes, One Xbit's server logs will serve as the final and binding record.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, the bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, any bets in progress will be recorded. Results will be available once your connection is restored.

One Xbit is committed to responsible gaming. We encourage all users to stay mindful of their gaming habits. Deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods are available in your account settings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on One Xbit. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Bonus abuse – claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or via third-party accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Insulting or threatening platform staff.
• Involvement in match-fixing or any other form of sports manipulation.

One Xbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Before doing so, withdraw any available balance through a verified payment method.

• Your data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• User information is not shared with any authority unless required by law.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

One Xbit will not be held liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• If a game or betting session is affected by an internet disconnection.
• If account credentials or passwords are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Due to unavoidable technical errors or disruptions in third-party services.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.

Any dispute between One Xbit and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. Please reach out to our customer support team first at support@onexbit.bet.
2. Our support team will respond to your complaint within 48 hours.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved through support, it will be escalated to management.
4. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute over game outcomes, One Xbit's server logs will be considered the final and definitive record.

One Xbit may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform, and users will be notified via email or in-platform notification.

• Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
• In the event of any conflict between the Bengali version of these terms and any other language version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026 and took effect immediately.
