Log in with your phone number or email and password. If you're new, complete registration first.
Click the "Wallet" icon in the top right corner, then select "Deposit".
Select Mobile Pay as your payment method and enter the amount. Minimum deposit is just BDT 200.
Send Money to the Mobile Pay number provided by One Xbit, then copy the Transaction ID and paste it into the form.

Processing times and limits by payment method
Account verification on One Xbit might seem like a hassle, but it's there to protect you. Without verification, withdrawal limits apply and you may run into issues withdrawing larger winnings.
Verification is straightforward. Go to Account Settings and click on the "Verification" section. From there, upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport — make sure the image is clear and all details are legible. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
Once verified, you won't need to go through the process again. The whole thing can be done from your mobile — no computer needed.
Do not attempt to verify your account using someone else's NID. If caught, your account may be permanently suspended and your balance forfeited.
Withdrawal requests on One Xbit are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Your first withdrawal may take a bit longer, as it goes through an additional security review.
Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account is fully verified and any wagering requirements on your deposit have been met. Bonuses come with specific conditions that must be fulfilled before you can withdraw.

Account security is our top priority at One Xbit — but there are steps you should take on your end too. Start with a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using your birthday or phone number as a password.
Second, enable two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA active, no one can access your account without your approval — even if they know your password. You can turn it on from the "Security" tab in Settings.
Third, if any unknown person or group claims to be a One Xbit representative and asks for your password or OTP – never share it. One Xbit's support team will never ask for your password or OTP.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact live chat immediately and request an account lock. Change your password as quickly as possible. Email support@onexbit.bet with the full details to initiate an investigation.
Technical issues can sometimes occur during gameplay – a game crashing unexpectedly, a bet not being deducted correctly, or winnings not showing in your account. If this happens, note down the game round ID or transaction number first.
Then contact live chat and describe the issue. Every game log is stored on One Xbit's servers, so any error can be reviewed impartially. If the issue is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
